Implementation of Six Sigma Methodogy

Hi Everyone,  I work for a Financial services organization which has 350 employees on a whole. Our organization is planning to implement six sigma methodology across. So it would be great if you all can advice the essentials and the roadmap for attaining the Six sigma standards in a successful manner.

Although I am a six sigma trained, In a overall when implementing for a organization I would like to know the standards and the way to get prepared in a professional way.

It would also be very useful if I can get some self-explanatory softcopies of the same.
